If its too good to be true it probably is. The love bombing stage was when I saw future faking. I didn't know that at the time I was just so happy i had met someone so wonderful. Everything he promised didn't go anywhere. I truly believe he believed what he was promising now as well. The big family home, the holidays ...the children!! OMG so funny now i look back he never had any money. i paid for everything

Hi @miscellany Welcome to the group! My mother was also high in traits and treated me terribly as a child. It wasn't until I had my children that I realised how bad it actually was. My ex partner also mirrored my home life and that scared me so have been living a toxic free life for about 8 years now.
