How to fill in this form

Past: In this area right down the trauma, the events , the emotional abuse, how you felt and why you wanted to leave. This list is to remind you why being away from this toxic individual is healthy 

Present: Right down who you are today. Are you traumatised? Anxious? Healing? Writing this list will enforce your understanding how the damage that individual had on you.

Future: Who do you want to be? Write down everything you've always dreamed of being, owning or experiencing. It doesnt matter how big that dream is or how silly you feel writing down a list that includes Love, wealth or security.  This list will help you find your core values and the things in life you need to achieve to make YOU happy.
